The Brussels office is looking for a Virtual Data Room Coordinator to manage the daily use and maintenance of the virtual data rooms and also to assist in organisational and administrative matters.


Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the daily update and organisation of the virtual data rooms
  • Setting up the VDR and in some cases Q&A modules
  • Managing incoming documents, categorizing and indexing the documents in a logical structure, identifying access levels and uploading/downloading/renaming documents
  • Setting up user permissions and keeping track of the status of all active VDR in order to notify the lawyers/clients when changes occur
  • Printing documents and burning VDR on CDs/DVDs
  • In addition, you will provide daily assistance to the lawyers and Best Delivery team in various organisational, coordination and administrative matters


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • IT Literate
  • Strong interest in Innovation & Continuous Improvement processes and tools
  • Good English (written and spoken) and a very good passive understanding of written and spoken Dutch and French
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent organisational skills with sound prioritisation ability
  • Independent worker
  • Well developed professional interpersonal skills to effectively interface with lawyers, management, support staff and outside contacts
