DFACTO is specialized in the Gifts & Promotional items manufacturing business for more than 40 years : textile, bags, accessories, gadgets, household electrical appliances and electronic devices, and many other kinds of gifts and premiums.

Our very wide range of products includes stock items and specially designed items for our customers (from medium size to multinational companies). Our goods are produced in Asia and in Europe; we mostly sell throughout Europe.

We are looking for 3 BUSINESS DEVELOPPERS: one in the north of France, one in the Paris region and one in Belgium. Possibility to work on independent status.

You will act under the supervision of the Managing Director.


  • As a Business Developper, you will be responsible for sales development bringing in new customers (from Belgium and abroad).
  • By offering a customized and efficient service to your customers, you will build up strong relationships :
    • You will present ideas of promotional items to your client, on the basis of their needs (target audience, quantity, budget, timing, etc.).
    • Depending on customers specific needs, you are likely to deal with the sourcing of products, with the support of the Sourcing and Production team.
    • You will offer customers the best possible price-quality-time equation and close the deals.
    • You will manage the daily communication with client and closely follow each project, in close collaboration with the Sourcing and Production team.
  • You will be responsible for achieving your ambitious turnover objectives as a Business Developper

Key Words : Sales manager, key account manager, sales representative, verkoper, vendeur, account manager, hunter, farmer


  • Bachelor or Master level in Business Administration / Sales Management / Marketing OR a very successful sales experience.
  • Work experience: at least 2 to 5 years in the business gifts, premiums and promotional textile area.
  • Languages: at least fluent in Dutch or French, and with a good knowledge of the other national language, as well as English (Business English).
  • You are very dynamic and a good listener.
  • You are persuasive and you can eloquently present your ideas.
  • You are commercial-minded, client-oriented and continuously looking for new sales opportunities.
  • You have a sense of responsibility in order to achieve the company's objectives.
  • Eager to learn & fast learner

Full-time permanent contract.
Good salary package (fixed + commissions). Salary and advantages to be negotiated depending on candidate’s profile and experience.
