Function

As an International Sales Manager, your role is to sell and develop the EMEA market.

  • Realize sales growth quota by building trust with our distribution channel partners;
  • Identify and assimilate new distributor partners to the Fischbein product categories;
  • Responsible for product training, setting channel partner expectations and creating channel partner score card;
  • Ensure a high level of sales responsiveness to channel partners to ensure the best product solutions and customer needs are being met;
  • Support of our channel partners with joint customer visits and presentations, development of account strategies, sales tools and materials, technical product training and machine demonstrations;
  • Prepare proposals, new machine pricing, technical specifications, delivery and customer support options;
  • Pursue sales opportunities from initial contact through sales contract completion;
  • Manage travel schedules to maximize customer contact and selling opportunity. Monthly travel planners, travel call reports and sales activity reports. minimal travel of 30% of working time will be required in the EMEA region;
  • Participate at trade shows and/or conference;
  • Effective resolution of customer claims aligned with company policy;
  • Work with finance department to establish and support Distributor terms to include; establishment/processing credit applications, developing credit/terms policies.

Profile

  • Flexible to travel min. 30% within EMEA region;
  • Min 5 years B to B sales experience at international level (EMEA) in an industrial sector;
  • Good technical knowledge (mechanical & electrical);
  • Multilingual skills: English + French or Dutch (oral & written), any other language is an asset;
  • Strong negotiator with the ability to persuasively articulate our value offering and close “sales deals”;
