As part of its growth, our client is looking for a Bid & Technical Project Manager for one of its departments.


In this function, you report to the Manager of the Bid / Solutions Architects department and join a very dynamic and involved team. You are responsible for the development phase of a product from the submission of offers and you support the development of projects, in collaboration with the project managers.

Your responsibilities:

You are the contact point for all price requests, you analyze calls for tenders and you define needs in collaboration with the sales team, the design office, production and after-sales service ;

You estimate the cost in collaboration with the technical teams, you establish the customer specifications and those for the development and purchasing teams ;

You transpose the specifications of the specifications into technical realities for the internal teams ;

You determine a planning and ensure the profitability of each project from the drafting phase ;

You coordinate and monitor all stages of the project's development, you ensure the proper monitoring of specifications in collaboration with internal teams, you monitor production, supplies, etc. ;

You ensure compliance and optimization of quality, cost and time constraints throughout the product development ;

You support the project team from the start of production and manage product developments ;

You support and accompany the sales team for technical support for customers ;

You are the contact point for any request or information dissemination.


You ideally have a mechanical, civil or industrial engineering degree or equivalent by experience;

You have at least 5 years of experience in technical project management, technical experience in a design office is a plus ;

You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written;

You master the traditional Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and an ERP;

You are willing to travel occasionally ;

You are creative, curious and enthusiastic ;

You are methodical, rigorous, persevering and results-oriented ;

You are able to take height and analyze a situation as a whole ;

You are communicative and empathetic, and are a driving force for the teams that you manage to coordinate thanks to your natural leadership ;

You show initiative and are proactive, you are able to provide innovative solutions to optimize things and are not afraid to step out of your comfort zone.
