We are looking for one of our clients located in the Chimay region a Trilingual Administrative and Commercial Assistant FR-NL-EN. It is a Belgian SME which produces and markets world-renowned quality products.


You hold a dynamic and varied position and you report directly to the Sales Director Belgium - France - Luxembourg.

Specifically, your main tasks are as follows:

You assist the Sales Director in the management of suppliers and customers, specific requests, business opportunities to be seized, as well as in logistics (follow-up of deliveries)

You write commercial offers in collaboration with the National Account Manager or the Sales Director and follow up with customers, by email or by phone

You manage the price update in collaboration with the finance department, the customer conditions recording and the invoicing follow-up with the accounting department.

You establish monthly sales statistics and communicate them to customers, but also specific requests based on customer appointments

You are responsible for updating product sheets and referenced articles

You act as support for the sales department and for the customer for any information related to the follow-up and management of files (order tracking, various information, product availability, cost, manufacturing time, sending of product sheets, etc.), you are their privileged interlocutor

You may be required to participate in working groups or in projects relating to the various markets concerned.

You are comfortable and proactive in using an integrated ERP module as well as in monitoring the CRM tool of the field sales team


You ideally hold a higher degree with a commercial and/or administrative orientation

You have a similar successful professional experience of at least 2 years, ideally within an SME

You have ideally already worked with FMCG clients

You master the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, and have already worked with an ERP (preferably Navision type) and a CRM

You are able to hold a sustained conversation with clients in French-Dutch and English, you understand and easily write letters and emails in the 3 languages

You have developed commercial skills and you are particularly attracted to support and advisory functions

You are organized, rigorous, persevering and able to manage multiple tasks independently

You are stress resistant, flexible, proactive and dynamic

You are solution-oriented and dare to take initiatives

You like the SME spirit and have good communication skills, with all types of personalities


A fixed contract with a Belgian company that manufactures quality and globally recognized products

Full time: 40h/week with 32 holidays
