As Junior Key Account Manager, you will be the reference person for clients in the Pharmaceutical field.

In your daily tasks as Key Account Manager, you will work in a team with a customer service at the Anderlecht site.

  • You will support customers in the pharmaceutical market, from the definition of their needs to delivery, providing technical advice on the various products offered.
  • You will build loyalty and develop existing customers.
  • You are active in the improvement of commercial performance (product services, supply chain, review of offers etc.).
  • You ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of your customer portfolio.
  • You ensure regular and efficient reporting of your activity.
  • You will report directly to the Sales Manager.

Of course, you are encouraged to proactively initiate new ideas and projects.


  • You have at least 1 year experience in a similar position.
  • You are fluent in French and English and Dutch is an asset (good command of one of these two languages).
  • You have a commercial bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • You have a first commercial experience in product sales and you are ready to take up this challenge in an industrial and technical B2B environment.
  • You are a good listener and have a thorough understanding of customer issues in order to maintain a relationship of trust and loyalty.
  • You have a good knowledge of Excel and MS Office
