The Social Content & Communication Expert has a key role in the visibility of the market added value of amfori’s mission

The Social Content & Communication Expert is responsible for :

  • Support the development and lead the implementation of the Content & Communication strategy for all social (human rights) related topics aligned with amfori’s objectives
  • Update the content planning for all social (human rights) topics and ensure timely production and delivery
  • Develop integrated 360° campaigns in collaboration with the respective project owners
  • Translate complex content into storytelling and engaging content, adapt to each audience and channel
  • Create, edit and/or proofread all social (human rights) related content, ensuring they respect amfori’s brand, style guidelines and Tone of Voice
  • Create and ensure timely delivery of content for the fortnightly members’ newsletter and work with the Digital Marketing Expert to monitor success and suggest improvements
  • Support the organisation with basic design requests. Lead and coordinate external partners for the creation of marcom such as corporate and/or products’ presentation, video etc.
  • Work in close collaboration with your counterpart for environment, the Environment Content & Communication Expert, internal stakeholders at a global and local level
  • Monitor competition and new trends arising in marketing communication


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in communications
  • Excellent English (written and spoken)
  • Very strong copywriting skills, a true storyteller, able to present complex information clearly and succinctly
  • Experience with current CMS, marketing automation and CRM tools (Drupal, WordPress, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Marketo Engage or other)
  • An interest in social and human rights topics
  • A quick learner with a proactive and pragmatic approach, willing and able to take ownership and make a contribution
  • Assertive but diplomatic interpersonal skills and experience of working in an international environment
  • Committed to building working relationships based on trust due to expertise
  • Enjoy working in a team and collaborating with internal and external partners
  • Solid organisational skills, ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • An eye for detail
